Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living and noticing changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team identify potential medical issues. CNAs are a fundamental component of our nursing team.

• Base wages: $20.80 - $23.50 per hour
• Hero/Hazard pay: $3.40 per hour
• Shift premiums:
  • +$1.50 per hour for 2nd Shift
  • +$1.00 per hour all weekend shifts

• 8‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends (1 weekend per pay period)
• Full‑time shifts available

• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, ADLs, skin care, preventive care, mouth care, shaving, dressing
• Record and administer nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, ROM, ambulation
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors

• Completed approved Nursing Assistant training program and current CNA certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and getting the job done
