Location: Jackson, MI

Compensation: Starting at $90,000 per year plus a $20,000 sign‑on bonus. Annual wage increases.

• First Shift – Days: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Includes rotating weekends and holidays.

• Supervise the nursing team, assign duties, provide training, and evaluate performance.
• Conduct regular patient and staff rounds to monitor care quality.
• Develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and guide the team on clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of required reports, including infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with residents, families, and visitors.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with at least two years of related experience.
• Current Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare and implement personalized care plans.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and accomplishing tasks.
