Salary & incentives: up to $41.40 for 2nd shift. Sign‑on bonus of $7,000 for full‑time positions. Additional compensation includes $5.00 per hour for 2nd shift, $4.00 per hour for 3rd shift, $3.40 per hour for hero/hazard pay, and yearly wage increases.

• 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts (rotating weekends and some holidays)
• Full‑time or part‑time positions available
• Days or afternoons (1st or 2nd shift) available

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on patients’ physiological and psychosocial well‑being
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations

• Current LPN license in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, in nursing or related field
• Strong analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans and solve complex problems
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and accomplishing job objectives
• Certification required: CPR‑BLS
• Licensure required: LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
