Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center. Our Registered Nurses are part of a skilled nursing team that provides specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology while working in a strong interdisciplinary environment.

• Perform treatments such as irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on patients’ physiological and psychosocial well‑being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Oversee the CNA team, directing assignments, providing training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher nursing degree.
• Strong analytical skills to develop personalized care plans and solve complex problems.
• Excellent customer‐service skills with a commitment to passionate, innovative care.
• Team‑player who supports colleagues and delivers quality work.

• Starting wages: $35.15 – $39.00 per hour (based on years of certification).
• $3.40 per hour hero/hazard pay.
