You will assess, monitor, and implement care plans for adults in a secure inpatient setting, working closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff. Required qualifications include an active RN license in Michigan, an associate degree in nursing, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 120 days of hire.

CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification is also required within 120 days. Experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery is recommended, along with strong communication, de-escalation, and medication administration skills.
