Description:
Two Cardiology Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are needed to assist with patient care.
The role involves managing follow-up patients on the cardiology inpatient rounding service.
Responsibilities include providing discharge instructions and managing post-procedure care.
The position involves staffing with physicians for inpatient rounding.
The majority of the role will focus on inpatient responsibilities.
The practice setting will cater to an adult and geriatric patient population.
This is a hospital-based role in a Level II trauma center.
The average daily patient volume is anticipated to be 20-25.
No procedure skills are required for this position.
The schedule consists of 2 weeks per month, with 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 days off.
There are no overnight shifts or on-call duties.
