With a competitive pay range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, you’ll be rewarded for your expertise in this dynamic field. Your contributions will support our customer‑centric values while promoting excellence and integrity across our project and client base.

Liberty Core is a land service consulting firm. Our network of talent includes expertise in Right of Way, Project Management, Land Management, Property Research, Data and GIS Services.

• Effectively communicate and negotiate Owner's requirements with governmental agencies for the acquisition of various permits and approvals for construction, operation and maintenance of existing and new facilities.
• Represent company at public meetings before municipal, zoning boards, townships, county commissioners and similar organizations.
• Process requests for certificates of insurance and posting of bonds by completing and submitting appropriate forms.
• Prepare and/or send correspondence, and overnight documents.
