Overview
Team Member-Franchise - 4208-Rallys-Jackson, MI (Jackson, MI) – is a frontline role at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants. The Team Member delivers an exceptional guest experience while working in a variety of positions in the restaurant. Roles may include Grill Guru, Fry Fanatic, or Guest Service Specialist, with a focus on hot, fresh, flavorful food and creating happy guests.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly, fast, accurate service to guests.
- Prepare or help prepare menu items (grill, fry, and related duties) to ensure quality, consistency, and safety.
- Work in multiple stations as needed to support restaurant operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
- Deliver above-and-beyond guest experience to earn guest satisfaction and loyalty.
