ASSISTANT MANAGER

As Assistant Manager, you will manage a million-plus dollar-a-year restaurant, developing business disciplines in accounting, human resources, training, marketing, sales, and cost controls.

EssentialJob Requirements
- Ability to work a 50‑hour work week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
- Outgoing personality.
- Direct, control, and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality products to guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Inventory management.
- Bank deposits.
- Training.
- Performance appraisals.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
