ASSISTANT MANAGER

As Assistant Manager, you will manage a million-plus dollar-a-year restaurant, developing business disciplines in accounting, human resources, training, marketing, sales, and cost controls.

• Ability to work a 50‑hour work week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Outgoing personality.

• Direct, control, and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality products to guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Inventory management.

• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
