What You'll Do- Prospect new clients through outbound calling, lead follow‑up, networking, and referrals
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
- Sell and cross‑sell products to hit monthly production goals
- Follow up on open quotes and warm leads provided by the agency
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay organized using CRM tools and ensure policy documents and records are accurate
- Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and growth initiatives
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer‑facing roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfort with outbound calls, digital communication, and in‑person interactions
- A results‑driven mindset and commitment to professional growth
- Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and compliance quickly
- Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to become licensed)
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
- Base salary + unlimited commission potential
