We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative responsible for driving new business growth within an assigned territory. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing complex contracts to establish long-term client relationships.

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs
• Develop customized proposals and secure multi-year service agreements
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and track sales activities
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services
• Proven success in exceeding sales goals and managing full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
