Jobsquad is seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented disposition.

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Accurately track and manage sales activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
• Occasionally local travel may be required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
