Position Overview
MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join our finance team, supporting our Marketforce team. This entry-level role involves assisting with daily financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Pulling daily and monthly reports for reconciliations across seven agencies.
• Reconciling payment trackers to ensure accurate postings.
• Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Processing payment returns and keying payments efficiently.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some tertiary qualification in finance or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PDF applications; advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with payment reconciliations involving processors, banks, and systems of record.
• Trustworthiness and discretion.

Physical & Other Requirements
