This is a time limited position. Review and process invoices for accounts payable. Reconcile payments/balance accounting using MAGIC. Maintain accounting records for multiple funding sources. Prepare fiscal reports and analyze transactions for budget analysis. Assist with budget preparation. Review and process HR Personnel actions. Also accountable for reviewing and processing payroll, accounts receivable/payable, travel reimbursements and travel authorization requests.
What you'll need to be SuccessfulSuccessful employee needs multitasking, organization, and communication skills. Employee must prioritize work to meet deadlines and be an effective team player.
Preferred QualificationsTypically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 3-5 years of experience.
