This position is a with the Central Office Payroll Department and is responsible for assisting with the processing of payroll; reconciling insurance invoices; entering payroll deductions in SPAHRS; verifying open enrollment deductions; FMLA, Worker's comp and Blue Cross Blue Shield reconciliations.
What you'll need to be SuccessfulSuccessful applicants must demonstrate knowledge of SPAHRS, MERLIN, FMLA, Workers' Comp, and/or MAGIC with working knowledge of processing a payroll in SPAHRS. Also Detail-Oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
Preferred QualificationsTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience and/or appropriate certification.
