What You Will Do
- Welcome clients, build positive relationships, and provide friendly, attentive service from their first visit through completion of their return.

- Gather and review client information, prepare accurate individual federal and statetax returns, and explain results clearly using the training and procedures required forthe position.

- Work with the team to manage appointments, answer calls, follow up with clients,and keep the office running smoothly.

Helpful Experience and Required Training Previous customer service, retail, or other public-facing experience is valuable. Tax preparation experience is preferred, ideally two years or more.

Experience with tax preparation software and systems - especially Jackson Hewitt - is a plus.

Successful completion of required training is necessary before you are authorized toprepare returns. You must also obtain or renew a valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) for the applicable calendar year before preparing returns. IRS Schedule and Availability This is an in-person, seasonal position in Berwyn. Applicants must be available throughout the tax season, including weekends and occasional evening shifts.
