About the Position The agency is seeking an Executive Assistant and Scheduler to provide high-level administrative and scheduling support for a legislative agency. The incumbent will play a central role in supporting the daily operations. This position manages complex schedules, coordinates daily activities, oversees the flow of correspondence, and ensures tasks are completed on time. The role requires excellent judgment, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, political science, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of executive-level administrative or scheduling experience, preferably in government or political environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms.
