We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support our initiatives across projects and warehouse operations.
SummaryProject Coordinator – A proactive and detail-oriented individual who supports initiatives across projects and warehouse operations, ensuring program compliance, facilitating training, managing equipment inventory, conducting onsite inspections, maintaining records, and fostering a proactive quality control within a safety culture. This role requires physical aptitude, technical knowledge, and a 24/7 schedule with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and enforce program standards across all job sites, ensuring a proactive and consistent safety & quality approach.
- Facilitate new-hire orientation training and dispatching.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, document findings, identify hazards, and verify corrective actions.
- Coordinate and track safety training for employees and contractors, promoting knowledge of emergency procedures, PPE usage, and site‑specific protocols.
- Support toolbox talks and safety meetings, ensuring team leads have the materials and facilitation guidance.
- Maintain necessary levels of PPE for field operations.
- Support compliance with OSHA and other applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Assist in incident investigations and root‑cause analyses, maintaining accurate records of incidents and corrective actions.
- Partner with management and office personnel to champion safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Ensure all safety documentation, including inspections, training logs, and incident reports, is accurate, organized, and audit‑ready.
- Analyze safety trends, suggest performance improvements, and research tools and technologies that enhance safety outcomes.
- Manage preventive maintenance inspections and repairs for fleet vehicles, control dispatching, and ensure accountability.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Punctual, results‑oriented, and focused on problem‑solving.
- Proficient PC skills with the full Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to self‑manage in planning, organizing, delegating, and decision‑making.
- Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Regular speaking and hearing required.
- Occasional lifting of office products and supplies up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk frequently, and bend, stoop, and reach occasionally.
