As a Permit Coordinator, you will develop new skills, work in a safety‑minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. • Develop and manage all facets of permitting.
• Submit permit applications for construction projects.
• Track and manage the life cycles of permits, including change orders.
• Interact with city, county, and state municipalities regarding permitting.
• Understand permitting codes and policies.

• Safety is part of your day‑to‑day.
• Track record of completing work with high quality.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Seeking long‑term projects.
• Enjoy working hands‑on with a team.
• Ability to learn different city, county, and state permitting rules and guidelines.
• Full knowledge of all phases of the permitting process.
• At least 1–3 years of progressively challenging permitting experience, and 3 years of professional experience.
• Ability to create or learn a system to track and manage multiple permits in various phases.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.

Pay: $15–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
