Responsibilities- Develop and manage all facets of permitting.
- Submit permit applications for construction projects.
- Track and manage the life cycles of permits, including change orders.
- Interact with city, county, and state municipalities regarding permitting.
- Understand permitting codes and policies.
- Safety is part of your day‑to‑day.
- Track record of completing work with high quality.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
- Seeking long‑term projects.
- Enjoy working hands‑on with a team.
- Ability to learn different city, county, and state permitting rules and guidelines.
- Full knowledge of all phases of the permitting process.
- At least 1–3 years of progressively challenging permitting experience, and 3 years of professional experience.
- Ability to create or learn a system to track and manage multiple permits in various phases.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software.
Pay: $15–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
