Child Care Center Teacher Aide

Assists in the ongoing activities of the Center and serves as an aide in providing child care. Contributes to the proper growth and development of the children.

• Helps to provide an environment which promotes child growth and development. Plans and implements a daily activity program.
• Maintains appropriate records.
• Assures children's safety through proper supervision. Understands role in hospital's fire, safety and disaster programs.
• Continues to grow in their knowledge of child development (15 hours year). Maintains good interpersonal relationships.
• Adheres to dress code for department.
• Adheres to Dominic are and hospital regulations. Is at work as scheduled and is on time.
• Maintain flexibility with work schedule.
• Attends all staff meetings.
• Conversation is appropriate to parents. Is responsible to the director and assistant director.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Experience - Customer service and supervisory experience required.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent required.
