KH Properties is a growing multifamily owner-operator focused on improving apartment communities through in-house renovation. We’re hiring an on-site Construction Superintendent to oversee renovations at our Jackson, MS property. This role offers consistent work, autonomy on-site, and support from a remote leadership team.
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for our multifamily renovation project in the Pebble Creek / Jackson, MS area. This role is responsible for daily job-site management, subcontractor coordination, safety enforcement, scheduling, and quality control. You’ll have day-to-day autonomy on-site with consistent support and check-ins from our Construction Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will participate in a structured onboarding and training plan designed to prepare you for success on the Pebble Creek project. This includes hands‑on field training, process orientation with KH leadership, and integration into our operational systems during your first months of employment. You will also participate in quarterly site reviews and leadership touchpoints to ensure continued growth, alignment, and support.

- Has been a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Site Supervisor and is ready for more ownership.
- Enjoys being on-site daily and taking pride in seeing a property transform.
- Is comfortable coordinating subs, inspections, and schedules without micromanagement.
- Wants steady work with a company that owns its properties (not a GC hopping job to job).
- Oversee daily renovation activities on-site.
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
- Maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
- Maintain a safe and compliant job site (OSHA & building codes).
- Communicate progress, issues, and needs to leadership.
- Lead by example—reinforcing professionalism, teamwork, and KH values.
- We own the properties we renovate – no bouncing between job sites.
- Long‑term projects with realistic schedules.
- In‑house construction team with clear expectations.
- Focus on quality, safety, and community impact.
- Proven superintendent experience (multifamily or heavy renovation preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical job‑site tasks.
- OSHA Certified (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Tech‑friendly; able to use job‑site apps and digital reporting tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening and other applicable checks, as permitted by state law.

- Salary: $80,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
