** to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll help showcase the people and stories that make Methodist Rehabilitation special while supporting marketing and communication efforts across the organization.

** What You’ll Do
**** Graphic Design & Content Creation
*** Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other communications.
* Design print materials including flyers, brochures, posters, mailers, and promotional materials.
* Develop internal marketing and communication materials for departments throughout the organization.
* Help bring marketing campaigns and creative concepts from idea to finished product.
** Photography
* ** Capture high-quality, engaging photographs of patients, employees, events, and activities that tell the MRC story.
* Photograph content for use in social media, marketing materials, publications, websites, and internal communications.
* Help maintain, organize, and grow MRC’s library of photography and other visual assets.
** Brand & Creative Development
*** Ensure visual content follows MRC brand standards and maintains a consistent look and feel.
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Public Relations team to develop fresh creative ideas and visual concepts.
* Contribute ideas that help strengthen MRC’s visual presence across print and digital platforms.
** Team Support & Collaboration
*** Respond to internal design requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Work with the marketing team to support content calendars, campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives.
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
* Build positive working relationships with employees and departments throughout the organization.## Qualifications####
** What We’re Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Photography, Marketing, or a related field
** or equivalent experience**.
* Proficiency in
** Adobe Creative Suite**, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Photography skills and an understanding of lighting, composition, and image editing.
* Basic knowledge of social media platforms and what makes visual content engaging.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative, collaborative, dependable, and eager to learn.
* ** A portfolio of graphic design and/or photography work is preferred.**####
