Customer Service​/HelpDesk, Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk​/Support

We are seeking a friendly, dedicated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

• Interact with customers directly, over the phone, or via email/chat to answer product, service, and account inquiries.
• Process customer orders, updates, returns, and billing requests accurately and efficiently.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and deliver effective solutions with patience and empathy.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our management database.
• Escalate complex issues or technical problems to appropriate internal teams or managers when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming service environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
• Proven customer service or front-desk experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, professional tone.
• Fast typing speed and comfort using computer systems, spreadsheets, or POS/CRM databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
