Physician; Deputy Chief of Staff

The deputy chief of staff is a senior physician leader who supports the Chief of Staff in overseeing clinical operations, quality of care, and alignment with VA mission, policies, and strategic goals. The role combines direct clinical leadership with administrative and programmatic oversight across services and facilities. The deputy chief of staff reports directly to the chief of staff and serves as a key clinical and administrative advisor for the VA medical center.

• Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
