Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, and retrofits. The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to analyze drawings and specs while collaborating with PMs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
The estimator will review plans, perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates, solicit quotes, and maintain bid templates.
