Second-level vocational position located in Jackson County, accountable for providing technical support to construction projects, traffic control and safety, research and development, roadway design, right-of-ways, testing, transportation planning, and bridges. Jobs at this level conduct testing procedures, plan and implement special traffic count studies and speed delay studies, collect roadway use and investment data, and assist in the running of survey parties.
