As a Continuous Improvement Co-Op
, you will work on teams to improve Kanban System to achieve more consistent production rates.
The Continuous Improvement Co-Op offers a set onsite schedule of 40 hours per week.
Start Date:early January 2027 End Date: end of May 2027
What You’ll Do:
- Work on teams to improve Kanban System to achieve more consistent production rates.
- Participate in multiple Kaizen Events to reduce inefficiencies and improve employee morale.
- Lead 6S organizational events help employees better organize their work areas.
- Participate in Value Stream Mapping Events to identify opportunities to drive future improvements.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA (must be on resume)
- Major study in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Industrial Technology
- Mechanical Engineering
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Hands-on experience using tools preferred
- Real-world experience
