Job Summary:

We are seeking a Caregiver with a PCA or CNA certification to join our team. Availability for the following shifts is required:

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend shift: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating every other weekend
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

This role involves making a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by assisting with hygiene, light housekeeping, errands, doctor appointments, medication reminders, and other tasks to improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping
• Operate a Hoyer lift or manual patient lift

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience as a CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide preferred
• First aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking skills
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Own transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
