Job SummaryAssist in the development and implementation of the quality assurance program; coordinate and monitor Facilities Services processes and functions. Coordinate the daily work activities of Facilities Services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Support and troubleshoot customer issues and concerns identified in work order satisfaction surveys. Audit and evaluate the service levels of Facilities Services and report findings directly to leadership.

Required:
High School Diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience in facilities, operations, or quality assurance. Certifications, Licenses or Registration
Required:

Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in the use of computers and database management (TMS preferred); possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and One Note.
Responsibilities- Collaborates with Facilities Services leadership to ensure that an appropriate quality assurance program and improvement measurement tools are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet the needs of Facilities Services.
- Assists in prioritizing service demands when appropriate.
- Checks the completeness and quality of work performed by Facilities Services personnel.
- Monitors quality improvement outcomes on a routine basis and collaborates with Facilities Services management to develop timely action plans to address identified issues.
- Works in collaboration with Facilities Services leadership on training assignments based on departmental needs.
- Conducts initial and ongoing training based on personnel needs.
- Adjusts schedule to work with all employees on all shifts to ensure needs are met and supported; able to work pre-arranged weekend, night, and evening hours.
