Must-Have

Skills:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end data management or data modernization projects, including planning, coordination, and budgeting.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders involved in data collection, governance, and usage.
• Experience driving data modernization initiatives within complex organizational environments.

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience supporting public health or healthcare agencies, including familiarity with public health data systems.
• Experience working on CDC-funded or federally funded programs (immunization registries or lab information systems).
