Job DescriptionThe position is responsible for working with end users across the office to understand their technology needs to improve their business processes and help them become more efficient.
Responsibilities- Business needs requirements gathering.
- Aligning staff with available technology tools to meet their needs.
- Workflow development for the use of technology and staff business needs.
- Conducting staff training on the various technology tools that are available to them.
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical processes into business practices.
- Experience with gathering business requirements.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- End user assistance with various software.
