• Perform complete installs of People Soft 9.2x at all tiers, using PUM and Change Assistant(A) or DPK used by People Soft. Document high level steps to follow the Oracle delivered steps.
• Upgrade People Soft system by conferring with users and services; develop, test, evaluate, and install enhancements using People Soft Upgrade Manager (PUM) or extracting the necessary patch code fixes. Document high level steps to follow the Oracle delivered steps.
• Run and analyze compare reports and apply retrofits.
• Maintain People Soft system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks and operating system and system management; design and run system load/stress testing; escalate application problems to users.
• Provide troubleshooting and isolating technical problems in People Soft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle database, Tuxedo application servers on Unix, process schedulers on both Unix and NT and Web Logic configuration.
• Secure People Soft system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation. Monitor and send alerts appropriately for all the servers and environments.
• Resolve bugs from the previous upgrade and implement newer functionality.
• Resolve fluid approval workflow issues and configure new workflows for travel/expense module.
• CPA updates:
  Compare and analyze the compares for conflicts, reapply customizations.
• Spin up a new People Soft environment on demand and download PUM images and stand up a new release image.
• Administer the People Soft servers, apply patches and provide support with the critical patches.
• Support integration with TEAL, eGrants and other systems like Child Nutrition Program (CNP), Foundation School Program (FSP), Consolidated Entitlement Management System (CEMS).
• Process improvements such as automating some of the manual recurring activities.
• Automate People Soft administrative tasks and train current resources with People Soft administrative tasks.

• 10 Years-Required Experience with Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) People Soft Financial System
• 10 Years-Required Experience in People Soft Integration with third party applications using Integration Broker and Web Services
• 10 Years-Required Experience in STAT, People Soft upgrades, application tuning, and deployment activities.
• 10 Years-Required Experience in People Soft XML/BI Publisher Reports
• 8 Years-Required Experience with installing the latest PUM images using People Soft Update Manager & Change Assistant
• 8 Years-Required Experience in People Soft administration in configuring application server, web server and process scheduler
• 8 Years-Required Experience in troubleshooting and isolating technical problems related to app and web server
• 8 Years-Required Experience with People Soft in a Linux/Red Hat environment;
  Working in an Oracle 19c or higher environment
• 8 Years-Required Experience with People Soft Financials Application Release Of 9.2
• 8 Years-Required Experience with People Soft development tools using People Tools 8.51x or higher release
• 5 Years-Preferred Experience in Quest STAT administration for People Soft code deployments
• 5 Years-Preferred Experience with Education Materials, Grants and Cash Receipts functionality.
