Job Title: Salesforce IT Project Manager

Location: Hybrid - Providence, RI (3 days on, 2 remote)

Salesforce IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a Salesforce project for the Department. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams (administrators, developers, consultants), ensuring solutions meet business needs, adhere to best practices, and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
• Proven experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira and Microsoft Project).
• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
