A leading technology services firm is seeking a Field Support Technician in Jackson, MS. You will be responsible for providing IT support at off-site clinic locations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining an excellent customer service experience. Candidates should have strong desktop troubleshooting skills, a solid customer service background, and ideally possess an A+ certification. This contract position offers $14.00 – $23.00 per hour along with various benefits depending on eligibility.
