Senior Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management Specialist

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr Job Overview:
The contractor will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist, responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the organization's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. Responsibilities:
Plan, configure, implement, and support the organization's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, and security baselines. Manage Apple Business Manager integration and Android Enterprise integration. Provide migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards. Work collaboratively with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline the mobile device deployment and management process.

Required Skills/

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management. Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.

Experience with Microsoft Entra  (Azure Active Directory).

Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE. Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies. Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.

Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management. Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff. Preferred/Not

Required:

Experience working within state government or public sector environments. Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.

Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning. Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards. Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management. Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems.

Experience with Power Shell scripting and automation. Benefits:
