Position description:

The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS)

is recruiting one (1) full-time Success Factors Integration Specialist to assist DFA/MMRS in the production support of the

Success Factors Employee Central system.

The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between Success Factors (EC) and the ECC modules

(HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors).

• Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
• 2. Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent Success Factors implementation project.
• 3. Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent Success Factors EC implementations and production support.
• 4. Good functional knowledge of Success Factors EC and ECC HCM/FI.
• 5. Experience using Success Factors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
• 6. Experience integrating Success Factors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• 7. Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.

• 2. Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
• 3. Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.
• 4. Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
• 5. Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
• 6. ABAP programming experience
