Description:
The client is recruiting one full-time Success Factors Integration Specialist to assist in the production support of the Success Factors Employee Central system.
The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between Success Factors (EC) and the ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors).
Required Skills/Experience
Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent Success Factors implementation project.
Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent Success Factors EC implementations and production support.
Good functional knowledge of Success Factors EC and ECC HCM/FI.
Experience using Success Factors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
Experience integrating Success Factors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.
Preferred/Not Required
Public sector experience.
Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.
Able to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff that will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
