  • Collaborate with DOM Legal and Compliance stakeholders to address accessibility requirements throughout the redevelopment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate accessibility testing and remediation activities with Tyler Technologies, Smartsheet resources, and internal DOM teams.
  • Maintain documentation of accessibility compliance activities and provide progress updates to project leadership.
3. Web Governance and Change Management
  • Design and implement a sustainable web governance framework for DOM, including content submission workflows, approval processes, and ongoing website maintenance responsibilities.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and procedures for post-launch website governance.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with iTech resources on the technical components of the website change management system.
  • Lead change management activities to support staff adoption of new website processes, workflows, and tools.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Content Coordination
  • Collaborate with DOM leadership, program-area representatives, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, review content, and obtain timely approvals.

  • Translate business and program-area requirements into actionable direction for the Tyler Technologies implementation team.
  • Facilitate working sessions, content workshops, review meetings, and cross-functional discussions.
