Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategy and litigation planning
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements with accuracy and clarity
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters, providing well-researched insights and recommendations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable state and federal laws related to Personal Injury
- Manage all stages of case files with strong attention to detail, organization, and timely follow-through
- Deliver exceptional client communication, ensuring rights are protected and expectations are clearly managed
- Demonstrate responsiveness, urgency, and a results‑driven approach in all interactions
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Admission to the Mississippi State Bar in good standing
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Personal Injury Law or civil litigation is highly desirable
- Exceptional drafting abilities and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload under strict deadlines
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take decisive action
