Epic is looking for an In‑House Attorney to join our legal team at the Madison, WI campus. The role requires relocation assistance and will focus on supporting our ongoing growth, negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, forging vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad, and managing litigation.

• Support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets.
• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world.
• Own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and managing litigation.

• Strong academic and professional background.

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
