Salary $120,000 - $140,000 per year

This is a Full Time Permanent position for a Software Project Manager, ideally with transportation industry experience!

100% REMOTE Full Time Role!

We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing the successful execution of tech projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for leading diverse teams, managing resources, and ensuring that our tech services are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the tech services or software industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing large scale projects from conception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructures, including databases, servers, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
• High proficiency in project management software tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, with multiple stakeholders, and in complex project environments.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence without authority.
