Reconstruction Project Manager at Paul Davis Restoration of Central Mississippi

Job Description

We are looking for a highly trained professional and organized Project Manager for our fast‑paced business. The primary functions include overseeing residential re‑construction jobs, attending job sites to assess damage, providing sketches & scope to create estimates, and managing the re‑construction through completion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical explanations and feedback to clients, adjusters and consultants.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers through business development and account‑management activities.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, consultants and insurance company representatives.
  • Represent the company to create lasting impressions with clients that differentiate us from the competition.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while resolving production, mechanical and scheduling difficulties.
  • Demonstrate company services knowledge and continue to educate in technique, equipment and technology.
  • Stay up to date with required programs, including DASH, Xactimate, Symbility, MICA, Matterport, etc.
  • Oversee scheduling of jobs and inspections to control overtime.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Meet daily with managers, supervisors and project coordinators to discuss status of ongoing projects and ensure requirements are met.
  • Maintain proper documentation for files, including dates, participants and compliance tasks.
  • Meet program guidelines for response time, upload time and cycle time.
  • Train, coach, mentor, motivate and supervise all reconstruction department staff.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines as well as Paul Davis safety standards.
  • Ensure all paperwork, data entry and photos are completed thoroughly.
  • Assure inspections and documentation are performed correctly when inspecting & servicing losses.
  • Utilize equipment according to company and industry standards.
  • Perform reconstruction services and maintain a clean work site.
  • Identify and follow procedures regarding potential lead and asbestos‑containing materials.
  • Have strong knowledge and understanding of construction industry standards.
  • Read blueprints and plans.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Lead the team to handle client concerns with urgency.
  • Lead and project‑manage large jobs.
  • Keep calendar and compliance tasks current and updated in a timely manner.
  • Inspect crew to ensure quality control.
  • Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
  • Assist other production departments when needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
  • Be a task‑oriented, problem‑solving, empathetic, passionate and excited manager.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success.

  • Established connections with multiple subcontractors.
