Position: Floating Assistant Manager - Hourly

Floating Assistant Manager – Hourly

Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, seeks bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and schedule property viewings, conduct property tours, and interview prospective tenants.
  • Address and resolve residents’ questions, concerns, and complaints promptly.
  • Process applications, conduct credit checks, and negotiate contracts.
  • Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials to attract new tenants.
  • Maintain organized and updated resident files and records.
  • Report any problems or issues to the property manager.
  • Work in a high‑pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, and exhibit effective interpersonal skills.
  • Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle as required and be willing to drive for work‑related purposes.

Qualifications & Education
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Ability to multi‑task and adapt quickly to change.

Physical Demands

The position requires regularly sitting for long periods, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and communicating with residents, staff, family members, and the public.

Work Environment
  • Indoors in an air‑conditioned office, with a mix of natural, incandescent, and fluorescent light.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow; occasional exposure to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
  • Periodic confinement to a vehicle.
