A growing, locally owned mobile service company with routes across central Mississippi is seeking an experienced service line Operations Manager to lead a team of field technicians and oversee day-to-day operations. This is a salaried leadership position for someone who takes ownership of outcomes — not just tasks.

• Enforce safety protocols and company policies in the field
• Oversee and manage a team of 5–6 field technicians across primary and secondary service territories
• Review completed jobs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
• Train, coach, and hold technicians accountable to performance standards
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; respond quickly to service issues
• Manage technician scheduling to maximize route efficiency and coverage
• Oversee preventive maintenance on all company mobile service equipment — methodically, not reactively
• Maintain complete service and maintenance records
• Monitor and manage parts/supply inventory; coordinate ordering
• Make sound operational decisions with limited supervision

Required:

• Mechanical aptitude — hands-on experience with engines, small equipment, vehicles, or similar mechanical systems
• Proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable
• Strong work ethic with a results-driven, ownership mentality
• Demonstrated customer service excellence
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for past 3 years
• Proficiency with basic computer skills — email communication, Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs and Google Sheets

Preferred:

• Background in automotive, plumbing, HVAC, industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, food service equipment, or similar trade
• Experience managing mobile or field service operations
• Prior route-based or multi-stop operations experience

• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
• Performance-based monthly bonus
• Stable, growing company with a supportive ownership team
• Core hours Monday through Friday. As a salaried leader, flexibility is expected — weekend needs arise occasionally but are minimal. You manage your time around results, not a clock.

We are an equal opportunity employer. Company identity will be disclosed to qualified candidates prior to interviews.

Compensation: $58,240.00 - $72,800.00 per year

The Filta Fry service includes the micro filtration of cooking oil and a vacuum based detailing of the fryers. The service extends the life of the cooking oil, enhances food consistency and adds a layer of safety for kitchen workers.

Our Filta Bio service is the removal of used cooking oil directly from the fryer to a mobile storage tank onboard the Filta vehicle, eliminating the need for a waste oil bin. The used oil is then converted into Biodiesel.

Filta Cool is an eco-friendly solution to control moisture levels in refrigeration units and walk-in coolers. It can help reduce costs, improve cooler hygiene and maintain fresher produce.

Filta Drain is a highly concentrated, live, non-toxic probiotic foam sprayed into drains to consume fats, oils, grease, sugars, and starches which can build up and block drains, cause odors, and become a breeding ground for drain flies.

Filta Clean is comprehensive commercial kitchen deep cleaning service that can be tailored to your kitchens needs. Our service techs can clean one or two appliances or your entire kitchen.
