** What You’ll Do
*** Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.
* Adjust machine settings for heat, cooling and pressure, as needed.
* Troubleshoot equipment and handle basic maintenance tasks.
* Check product quality to ensure everything meets customer standards.
* Work as part of a shift team to solve problems and improve processes.
* Keep learning and growing with on-the-job training and Plastipak Academy courses.
** What You Bring
*** At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
* A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.
* Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
* Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
** What You’ll Earn
*** Depending on your experience, your base hourly pay is **$20+ or more*** **$1.50 more*
* ** per hour for Night Shift**
* ** Double-Time-Pay*
* ** on Sundays (
** regular schedules are every other Sunday**).  That’s 12 hours of extra pay.
