ResponsibilitiesIf you are eager to learn and develop your personal and professional skills, while working with a diverse and highly experienced team of Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Community Relations experts., this position may be perfect for you! In this program, you’ll have an opportunity to gain experience while working and collaborating on numerous market‑specific and company‑wide projects, such as:
- Advertising and promotional campaigns
- Brand management
- Corporate sponsor ships and contributions
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Internal and external company communications
You’ll also be exposed to graphic design, project management, volunteer resources, public relations and more!
QualificationsTrustmark focuses on program participants who have a demonstrated strong work ethic and leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement. In addition, interested students should:
- Have earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Be scheduled to graduate on or before June 1, 2027
- Be detail oriented, organized, analytical and demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to handle complex projects with a sense of urgency, adaptability to change, innovation,
- Be tech savvy and results oriented
- Have enthusiasm and genuine interest in developing a career with Trustmark and the financial industry
