Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Chadwick Nursing and Rehabilitation Center LLC provides direct care and supervises nursing assistants. You ensure patient needs are met per professional standards through physician orders, facility policies, and applicable laws, while preserving dignity and providing individualized physical, psychological, and social support. Treat patients and residents as you would treat a member of your own family. You enjoy interacting with patients, residents, families, and other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care as an LPN in accordance with scope of practice and facility policies.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants; delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being; document and communicate care plans and patient responses.
