Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate

Location: Jackson, MS

Schedule: 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., 3 nights per week

Compensation: $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus

• Collaborate with physicians and preceptor to implement assessment, evaluation, and follow‑up of care plans for patients.
• Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families.
• Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans with problem identification, nursing diagnoses, orders, interventions, short‑/long‑term goals, and discharge planning.
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goal setting.
• Ensure medical record documents are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Flexible scheduling to complete program requirements.
