Baptist in Jackson, MS is seeking a Seasonal RN for the Stepdown ICU to provide direct and indirect patient care in a high-acuity setting. You will collaborate with physicians, leadership, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining patient autonomy, dignity, and safety.
The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license and BLS within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS certifications are preferred.
