Job Summary

Responsibilities- Supervises daily patient care delivery and operational activities.
- Participates in goal setting, policy development, and program evaluation.
- Acts as a change agent by assessing current systems and implementing improvements.
- Models professional behavior and demonstrates leadership.
- Implements cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a management role, utilizing problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Required licensure as an RN.
